How Subscription Pause Works

If you're considering pausing your Archsynth subscription, here's how it works.

Does pausing change my billing date?

No. Pausing your subscription does not change or postpone your billing date. Your subscription continues on its normal billing schedule, and your renewal date remains the same.

Can I pause for only a few weeks?

Yes. You can pause and resume your subscription as needed. You are not limited to pausing only for full calendar months.

Does pausing extend my subscription?

No. Pausing your subscription does not extend or split your billing period.

​For example, if you use your subscription for one week, pause it, and resume three weeks later, you cannot use the remaining weeks from your previous billing cycle. Your billing cycle and renewal date continue according to the original schedule.

What happens while my subscription is paused?

​While your subscription is paused, your payment method will not be charged. However, your subscription remains on its original billing schedule, and the billing date does not change.

I don't use all of my Generation Points. What should I do?

If you consistently use only a small portion of your monthly Generation Points, we'd love to hear your feedback. Customer input helps us improve our subscription plans and develop options that better fit different usage patterns.
